Blocks are the individual, modular content elements that make up parts of a Section layout. Each block controls a specific piece of content—such as text, images, buttons, or icons—giving you detailed control over how your store looks and functions.

Blocks are highly flexible, reorderable, and customizable directly within the Shopify Theme Editor. They allow you to build unique layouts by combining multiple content elements within a single section.

Functionality

• • Add / Remove Blocks: You can add new blocks, duplicate existing ones, or remove blocks as needed.
  • Reorder Blocks: Blocks can be rearranged vertically within a section to intuitively modify the content structure without touching any code.
  • Customize Settings: Each block includes its own settings (such as text, image, color, link, alignment, or size) depending on its purpose.
  • Section Integration: Some blocks are highly reusable across multiple sections (e.g., Heading, Text, Button), while others are section-specific (e.g., a “Slide” in the Slideshow section or a “Countdown Item” in the Countdown section).
